As Information and Technology has coming in use for many fields .These digital technologies are evolving day by day. Lockdown E-Pass management System is a Web-based application. This system is user friendly and easy to handle. This application has access to manage the records of pass which are issued by administrator. This Lockdown E-Pass Management System is implemented by using PHP and MySQL database. This system Lockdown E-Pass Management System is implemented to simplify the task and reduce the paperwork. This system replaces the previous method of giving paper passes. These kind of systems are beneficial to increase efficiency by reducing manual work.
This Lockdown E-Pass Management System has admin panel which has different features. One of the section in system is Category. Admin can add categories in this section. Also these categories can be updated by admin if needed. Another important section is E-pass management section . In this section admin will be able add E-pass, this add E-pass form will have important fields like contact information, identity type , identity card no. , etc. and also this E-pass information can be updated if needed. These E-pass details can be viewed by admin and can be printed if needed.
In this Lockdown E-pass management system it's made easy to find E-pass to verify the details. Verification section has the provision to verify by Pass number or Mobile number. Once the record is found It can be updated also or admin can view the details.
As Reports are most important part of any system, this system has reports section to find records easily. Records can be filtered by it's created dates in this section. One just has to enter from date and to date and records created between those dates will be displayed.
Another section provided in this system is user management. In this section admin can create different roles e.g Manager, and assign some permission to that role e. g manage reports. Then user can be created and this role ( manager ) can be assigned to that user. Then when this user will log in he /she will have the access to reports section only not any other section. This way admin can allocate different sections to different users with safety of accessing sections.
Admin panel has dashboard which will give summary of data in the system.
Also general website settings can be managed from admin panel. These kind of system are required nowadays. Adapting to this type of systems has became necessary .
